Our toilet and showering facilities
The Bauernbad features eight very spacious family bathrooms that are free of charge. Our WaldBad has more WCs and showers, as well as a children’s bathroom, a disabled bathroom and family bathroom.

Bäckerei Schwichtenberg
They’ve been doing everything themselves since 1950. Traditional recipes and the best regional ingredients are the order of the day. And they use no artificial additives or ready-made baking mixes. That’s more work, of course. But the excellent taste is worth it.
Our bikes
From your campsite, you can set off on miles and miles of cycling and hiking trails. You can reach the first spot of heathland after just three kilometres.
Maps and excursion tips tips are available from reception.
You’re also welcome to hire one of our trekking bikes for €10 per day.
Our playground
Let your creativity take flights, experience nature – there’s something for everyone.
Why not swim a few laps in the bathing lake, splash around in the shallows and play in the water playground? Or perhaps you’d rather explore the campsite in a pedal car and drive through the woods on a go-kart track?
Our playground offers something for children of all ages.
Swings of all sizes, a play tower, seesaw, slide, climbing frame and trampolines are all based in a huge sandpit.
Those who’s like to test their brainpower will find a jumbo-sized chess board right next to it. There’s also a football pitch to let off steam or a beach volleyball court for some team sports, a table tennis table can be found next to our bathing lake in the restaurant.
Our campsite features lots of gardens for children to explore too. Perhaps they might enjoy the butterflies in the butterfly garden and listen to the frogs in the bathing lake nearby. Our little pond often attracts small birds splashing around and dragonflies with their shimmering colours. Children are also welcome to discover and try out what our herb and berry gardens have to offer. A little sound garden invites you to listen to soothing music.
Our miniature pigs also love having their tummies scratched. Or you can watch them basking in the sun or poking around in the soil for something to eat.
Our gold panning area is fun for people of all ages. With a little patience and skill, little bags of sand can be turned into tiny treasures. Perhaps you’ll find some gold stones, precious gems, or polished stones. Bags can be purchased at our reception.
